Drawing on learnings from the AHRC’s Equality at Work Project, this presentation will explore effective strategies for building partnerships with employers and using human rights frameworks to promote equality and inclusion within Australian workplaces. The presentation will explore how using pilot programs to prototype and test innovations can support employers to evolve and build more inclusive and accessible workplaces.
