Rohan has led Gateways as Chief Executive Officer since April 2023, bringing extensive industry and community expertise. A Harvard Fellow and graduate of the AICD company directors’ course, he holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Science with first-class honours, and a Diploma in Education. With over 20 years in CEO roles within the disability sector, Rohan champions person-centred services, human rights, and social justice initiatives. As President of National Disability Services Ltd, he influences policy and sector standards. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family and friends, cycling to stay active, and SCUBA diving while on holiday.
