Lourdes Zamanillo is NDS’ Workforce Innovation Lead. Through her work, she supports disability service providers navigate the ongoing reforms in the workforce attraction and retention space with a particular focus on skills and training.  

 

Lourdes is a Doctor in Sociology from Monash University with more than ten years’ experience in communications and research. Lourdes is passionate about social equity, social capital, and fostering positive social change.
