Professional Bio
An accomplished leader, Natasha Rees has extensive experience in designing and implementing complex social policy and transformational change projects in the human services sector. Prior to joining Social Impact Hub, Natasha had an extensive career in federal and state government where she designed and implemented several significant national social policy initiatives. As a coach and mentor, Natasha uses a strengths-based approach to improve workplace performance, with experience in mentoring Indigenous leaders and leaders with disability. Natasha is skilled at working in community environments to establish collaborative approaches to difficult problems. Natasha is currently chair of a not-for-profit disability housing provider in South Australia and on several national boards in the health sector. She holds a degree in psychology from the University of Adelaide and a masters in public law from the Australian National University. Her expertise in governance has been recognised with Fellow membership of the Governance Institute of Australia.
