Miranda has over 18 years’ experience in transport, defence, healthcare and social services sectors here in Australia and overseas including in international organisations such as UN and NATO. She is qualified and experienced in work and organisational psychology, human factors, systems thinking and accident investigation. Miranda is the Director Just Culture at Yooralla where she manages the strategic transformation to an organisational culture focussed on learning and continuous improvement.
