Michael is Chief Operating Officer of the Ability Roundtable, leading the development and growth of Australia’s first truly national ‘for-the-sector, by-the-sector’ disability benchmarking and service improvement company. With a rapidly growing membership (currently 77 members with a combined turnover of $8.7 billion), the Roundtable, which undertakes both financial and operational benchmarking, has become a source of truth for the sector and government regarding the provider experience. Michael brings deep insights into the sector, drawing on 37 years of experience as a disability support worker, advocate and executive manager.
