Lynn Nguyen is an experienced leader in customer strategy. She currently heads up Client Experience for Scope, one of the largest specialist disability providers in the country. Lynn has a background in human rights and criminal law, and has held a number of strategic roles in customer experience and marketing in the education, publishing and other corporate sectors. She sees herself as an ally for consumers who are still trying to find their voice in unequal service settings.
