Loki Ball co-founded Performl with his brother Harrison to solve a personal and systemic challenge. Their younger brother, living with a significant disability, struggled to access essential NDIS supports due to market failures. 

 

Providers lacked the data needed to address service gaps, leaving many without care. Performl cuts through complex public data, giving providers actionable insights to close these gaps. This approach has earned trust from leading providers and built a community focused on data-driven decision-making to improve lives. 

 

Loki brings over a decade in the social sector, including serving as Chief of Staff to three disability Ministers.
