Loki founded Performl – a data analytics startup – to help care services target supports and address unmet needs. He holds strategy and policy expertise within the care industry. He previously worked as Chief of Staff to three Ministers responsible for social services and disability supports, at a global management consulting firm in health and human services, and providing policy leadership at the Australian Human Rights Commission. Loki has a strong track record of supporting government and non-government decision-makers on critical issues such as NDIS implementation, health policy, housing, and child protection. He is also the NDIS Plan Nominee and carer for his younger brother.
