David Threlfall is the manager of policy and strategy at Mind Australia, a large provider of community managed psychosocial services across Australia. He is passionate about increasing social inclusion through public policy. 

 

Prior to joining Mind, David worked as Chief of Staff at the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG), in the Office of the Vice-Chancellor at the University of Melbourne and in the Victorian Education Department. 

 

David holds an MPhil in Politics and International Relations from the University of Cambridge, and is an author of The Australian Policy Handbook.
