Bryan began his career as a Commercial and Workplace Relations Lawyer, practising for over two decades and representing both employers and unions in complex workplace disputes. He transitioned from law to become a facilitator with the high-profile organisation Leading Teams. Over three years, he delivered leadership and team development programs across Australia, including the leadership program for the Essendon Football Club in the AFL. 

In 2010, Bryan made a permanent shift into the community sector, where he held senior executive roles, primarily at CEO level.
