Andie Moore coordinates disability, skills and WHS policy for the Health Services Union – a 111,000-member strong union for workers across the health and community services sector. They represent the union on Humanability’s industry advisory committee for Aged Care and Disability training, and coordinate its Support Disability Support Workers campaign, fighting to lift quality and safeguards and end employment exploitation in the NDIS. Andie is passionate about professionalising the disability support workforce, , and ensuring the sector has the resources to retain and attract skilled workers with career pathways.
