Join us for our national Disability at Work Conference, held on 14-15 August in Melbourne
This year’s theme, The Evolution of Inclusive Employment, reflects the ongoing transformation toward more inclusive, innovative and future-focused models operating within a more seamless disability employment ecosystem.
Driven by lived experience, informed by research and strengthened through collaboration, this evolution is reshaping how we design supports, engage employers and create sustainable, meaningful job opportunities for people with disability.
Over two days, the conference will bring together employment and support providers, people with disability, employment specialists, carers, advocates and sector leaders to explore the latest developments, emerging challenges, and practical strategies shaping the future of work.

- Inclusive employment in action: Practical strategies, service models and success stories showcasing what works.
- Evolving workplaces and career pathways: Building inclusive workplaces, upskilling jobseekers and expanding career opportunities.
- Driving innovation and impact: Harnessing data, research, technology and AI to strengthen outcomes and scale inclusive practices.
- Exploration of emerging service models: Showcasing examples of service models that enhance options for NDIS participants within the employment ecosystem.
- Workforce and organisational capability: Enhancing leadership, staff development, employer engagement and cross-sector collaboration.
- Strategic marketing: Positioning inclusive employment through marketing, storytelling and stakeholder engagement.
